A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or related fields
Minimum 2 years of related human resources experience is required
Proficiency in MS Office, HR and Payroll software (SQL Payroll & Worksy)
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
Assist in day to day efficient operation of the human resources
Accurately process payroll, including the calculation of employee wages, overtime, and other financial components, within timelines
Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
Handling employees\' SOCSO claims. Preparing related documents for SOCSO claim & report form to labor department
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process; sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating orientation programs
Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
Manage employees\' performance management system. Ensure benefits package are competitive and internal pay structure remains fair, equitable and consistent with business needs
