Job Description

• A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of related human resources experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR and Payroll software (SQL Payroll & Worksy)
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist in day to day efficient operation of the human resources
• Accurately process payroll, including the calculation of employee wages, overtime, and other financial components, within timelines
• Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
• Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
• Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax
• Handling employees\' SOCSO claims. Preparing related documents for SOCSO claim & report form to labor department
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process; sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating orientation programs
• Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
• Manage employees\' performance management system. Ensure benefits package are competitive and internal pay structure remains fair, equitable and consistent with business needs
