Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Experience in TNA, hostel administration is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google suite and infottech
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

TanggungjawabYour duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with onboarding activities, including compiling employee records and coordinating new hire orientations.
• Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries.
• Administer employee benefits, such as medical claims, travel claims, leave management, Socso claims, etc.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and assist in developing the training plan.
• Manage HRDC fund applications and claims.
• Oversee the company hostel, maintain tenant records, and ensure adherence to all hostel rules.
• Participate in the Culture team and assist with company activities aligned with company values.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry standards.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
• Undertake any other assignments as assigned by your superior.
