Mohon Kelayakan Job Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up to date
Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor relationships
Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements
Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Tanggungjawab Requirements:
SPM and above in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
9AM-6PM (5 days)
