Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong academic record.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
  • Experience or knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and HR practices.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company objectives.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the HR team in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
  • Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
  • Support the performance management process, including assisting with performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and HR system implementations.
