Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.

- Manage onboarding processes for new employees.

2. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address grievances.

- Facilitate communication between employees and management.

- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

3. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

- Develop and implement employee development plans.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

4. Performance Management:

- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure they are conducted fairly.

- Provide guidance on setting performance goals and career development.

- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

5. Compliance and Policy Management:

- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations.

- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.

6. Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment. Experience in FlexHR system is an added advantage.

- Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.

- Conduct salary reviews and make recommendations for adjustments.

7. HR Information Systems:

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

- Generate HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

8. Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in HR practices.

- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives.

9. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data to address retention issues.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

10. Foreign Worker Management

- Prepare and manage all documentation related to work permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.

- Ensure all foreign worker recruitment and employment comply with Malaysian labor laws and government regulations.

- Liaise with government authorities such as

Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia

,

Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN)

,

Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK)

, and

FOMEMA

regarding foreign worker matters.

- Ensure timely submission of applications and renewals for work permits and visas.

- Maintain proper records of all foreign workers, including passport details, permit expiry dates, and medical status.

- Coordinate repatriation for foreign workers whose employment has ended, ensuring all documentation and clearance are properly completed.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
