Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related fields.
-Minimum 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in transport or logistics industry.
-Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
-Experience handling driver recruitment, attendance, overtime, and shift arrangements is an added advantage.
-Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently and handle fast-paced operational environments.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
Responsibilities
-Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
-Handle recruitment specifically for transport & logistics positions (drivers, dispatch, operations, workshop staff, fleet management roles, etc.).
-Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, memos, and maintain accurate staff records.
-Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysia Labour Laws (EA 1955, SOCSO, EPF, EIS).
-Manage attendance, overtime claims, and shift schedules (especially for drivers and operations team).
-Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
-Support driver performance monitoring, licensing renewals, and compliance with transport regulations.
-Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and staff grievances professionally.
-Assist in organising training, safety briefings, and performance reviews.
-Liaise with operations team to understand manpower needs and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
