HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources



Manage

full spectrum of HR operations

including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employee records. Handle

monthly payroll

using SQL Payroll: salary, overtime, allowances, deductions and claims. Process and submit statutory contributions:

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB

. Maintain and update employee

attendance, leave records

and timesheets. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, warning letters, and termination notices. Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with

Malaysia Employment Act

. Manage employee insurance, medical claim processing and clinic panel arrangements.

Administration



Maintain company files, documentation and general office administration. Prepare

quotation, invoice, delivery order (DO), purchase order (PO)

when required. Coordinate office supplies, maintenance and vendor communication. Assist management with daily administrative tasks, reporting and scheduling.

Employee Relations



Act as the

main contact point

for staff enquiries and HR matters. Provide guidance on leave, attendance, company policies and welfare issues. Help maintain a positive working environment and good communication between management and employees.

Reporting



Prepare monthly HR reports: manpower, payroll summary, leave balance and staff movement. Support audit requirements and provide data requested by management.

Skills & Competencies



Proficient in

SQL Payroll, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

. Strong knowledge of HR processes and statutory requirements. Excellent organization, documentation and multitasking skills. Good communication in Bahasa Melayu; moderate in English. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in

Human Resource Management

. 3-5 years experience in HR & Administration.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,922.27 per month
