Possess Degree / Diploma in Human resource/Administration PR or equivalent
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply; Minimum of 2 years working experience in Retail will be preferable
Able speak in English and Mandarin
FMCG/Retail experience is an added advantage
Must be conversant in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other relevant legislations
Possess own transport

Recruitment
Drive and manage the recruitment activities to achieve an efficient selection process in line with business needs
Initiate and maintain relationship with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to establish an on-going source of manpower supply
Work closely with hiring manager on job interview and hiring
Employee Relations
Knowledge of Employment Act, ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain employee relation records and handling disciplinary procedures independently including investigation, domestic inquiry and etc.
Work with respective department in developing company procedures, SOP and policies.
HR Admin
Preparation of HR related letters (Offer letter, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation & etc)
Maintain and update employee\'s data in HRIS
Training
Conduct new joiner induction training & HR related training
Managing HRDF fund, training need analysis & in-house training arrangement
Staff Engagement
Assist in arranging team building/annual dinner/activities
Ad-hoc
Work closely with other departments (e.g. procurement, IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Special project from time to time
Payroll
End to end processing for employee\'s payroll.
Familiar with the payroll system.
Maintenance of the payroll system and leave system.
Updating and maintaining payroll records.
Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
Maintaining leave, part time, overtime and payroll reports.
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
Payroll administration.
