Human Resources Function

Strategic oversight of FULL stack HR functions, including Payroll, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance management. Lead the full recruitment process from start to finish, overseeing tasks such as job posting, candidate screening, and conducting initial interviews. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees. Handling disciplinary issues and payroll concerns with professionalism and adherence to company policies. Compliance management and liaison with government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDC and LHDN. Accurate administration of employee compensation, including bonus, leave, overtime, and claims. Management of HR documentation and preparation of various employment letters. Responsive handling of employee queries related to HR matters. Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and effectiveness Handling any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management, such as organizing company events, preparing documents, and managing schedules.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field. At least

1-2 year(s) of working experience

in the related field is added value for this position. However, fresh graduated are welcome to apply. Proficient in spoken & written in

English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Good working attitude, committed, independent and able to work with minimum supervision. Experience in handling Foreign Worker hiring process will be an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills.
