  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.o Required language(s): Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (necessary to communicate with stakeholders from various linguistic backgrounds).o At least 3-5 years of working experience in accounting/Human Reources, preferably in groupo Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labor Law and HR practices. Skilled in payroll, recruitment, talent retaining analysis, variance reporting, and preparation of presentation for recruitment.o Required Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Knowledge of payroll/HRMS software (e.g., Infotech) is a strong advantage.o Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

  • Audit, verify, and process payroll, reimbursements, and HR reports.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in planning training programs.
  • Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, managing internal and external audits, and conducting compliance checks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, handling complex employee relations matters (such as discipline, grievances, and counseling).
  • Lead new employee onboarding/orientation and ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Assist with manpower planning and HR reporting for headquarters and branches.
  • Proficient in implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent and driving innovative initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards (such as turnover rate, headcount, recruitment metrics) for management review and decision-making. Mentor and coach junior and senior HR executives.
  • Actively source and recruit talent through various platforms (including Facebook, Xiaohongshu [XHS], TIKTOK and JobStreet), building a robust talent pool.
