What You'll Do:
Manage and monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions, and related reports on time.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
Support compensation, benefits, and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
Assist in HR activities such as engagement events and employee recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Provide day-to-day HR support and help drive a positive, people-focused workplace.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll or attendance management.
Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling HR data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with I-Net system or other HRIS/payroll platforms.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
