Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. HR knowledge High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organisational ability.

Responsibility

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements, candidate communications, and reference checks.

Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances; escalate appropriately to Supervisor.

Assist in planning and executing staff engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication.

Training & Development

Support Supervisor in coordinating staff development programmes and training logistics.

Maintain training records and track completion for compliance and reporting.

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR documentation including letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, and resignation.

Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data
