Your primary responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, handling HR administration, and assisting in training and development programs. You will be working closely with the Chief People Strategist and other team members to create a positive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a cheerful personality, and a strong background in HR, particularly in using Employment Hero HRIS and ATS.Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration.
Proficient in using HRIS and ATS.
Knowledge of compensation and benefit structures is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creative and open-minded, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Utilize AI-based assessment tools for efficient screening and evaluation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process from posting vacancies to final selection.
Prepare welcome gifts for new hires.
Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and manage HRIS.
Process employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including attendance and leave records.
Maintain and update company policies and the employee handbook.
Training and Development:
Assist in planning and implementing training and development programs.
Support the delivery of development opportunities to fill skill gaps.
Employee Relations and Employee Engagement:
Initiate emails to set dates for exit interviews with off-boarding associates and the HR Manager.
Assist in setting up meetings for handling employee grievances and conflicts, escalating to the HR Manager and management when necessary.
Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
HR Data and Reporting for Chief People Strategist:
Maintain HR metrics and generate regular reports.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
