Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or related field.
Minimum 2 years' working experience in HR generalist role (SME or project-based company experience is a plus).
Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and statutory regulations.
Strong communication, people, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (knowledge of payroll systems is a bonus).

Tanggungjawab

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR admin.
Draft employment contracts, update employee records, and maintain HR databases.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job postings.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leave records, claims).
Manage leave applications, medical claims, staff welfare and HR-related inquiries.
Support development of HR SOPs, staff handbook, and performance appraisal systems.
Assist with disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee grievances.
Plan internal staff engagement activities (team building, festive events, birthday celebrations).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
