Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle payroll preparation, claims, leave, and attendance management.
Support performance evaluation, training, and employee development.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Support employee engagement programs and company events.
Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 year of working experience in HR
Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or HR software.
Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
