Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in HR or payroll (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and foreign worker processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
1. Payroll Management
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, OT, allowances, deductions).
  • Maintain updated payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll adjustments and reports.
2. Employee Benefits Administration
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including medical claims, insurance, leave management, and allowances.
3. Staff Information & Records Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files, digital records, and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warnings, memos, and related HR documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of all employee-related information.
4. Legal & HR Documentation Drafting
  • Draft HR-related legal documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, show-cause letters, termination notices, and agreements.
  • Ensure alignment with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist in updating SOPs, HR policies, and compliance documents.
5. Foreign Worker Documentation & Compliance
  • Assist in preparing documentation related to foreign workers (permits, passport renewals, FOMEMA, calling visa, medical check-up schedules).
  • Maintain a tracking system for expiry dates of permits, passports, and visas.
  • Coordinate with agencies, government departments, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
6. HR Administrative Support
  • Support recruitment activities when required (posting ads, arranging interviews, collecting documents).
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
