Responsibilities : Work closely with management and be overall responsible for the Group\'s human resource functions covering recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee discipline, employee development. Handle the overall human resource function and office general administration. Developing and producing key human resource information and reports. Handling staffing issues either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labour law. Assist in handling performance improvement plan and industrial relation cases. Perform any other task and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time. Requirements : Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, or equivalent. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making. Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels. Good working knowledge in HR laws and regulations. Well rounded experience in overall HR activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, salary administration and employee engagement.
