- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
