Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge of the Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate with Mandarin is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
To keep up-to-date with all employment laws and statutory regulations.
To process regular salary reviews.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
