Job Details

Position: Human Resource Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: No. 209-1 Jalan LP7/2, Taman Lestari Perdana, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our client's growing organization in Seri Kembangan.
This role plays a crucial part in managing HR operations, performance management, and compliance while ensuring a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff -- including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letter issuance.
2) Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both academic and non-academic staff, ensuring regular, transparent, and goal-aligned performance reviews.
3) Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficient, standardized HR operations.
4) Formulate and implement HR policies covering attendance, leave, ethics, and disciplinary actions, ensuring sensitivity to a child-centered educational environment.
5) Coordinate and facilitate staff training programs, onboarding for new hires, and continuous professional development sessions for educators and admin staff.
6) Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal files, and disciplinary documentation.
7) Handle disciplinary issues and grievances professionally while fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
8) Support monthly payroll and claims processes, including tracking attendance, leave, and allowances for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
9) Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff, promoting open dialogue and conflict resolution.
10) Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and education-related regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
11) Participate in kindergarten events and activities when needed to support community engagement and operational success.

Requirements

1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) 2 Years HR experience, preferably in the education or service industry.
3) Understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
4) Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
