We are currently looking for
The Human Resource Executive (Generalist)
who responsible for managing and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, training, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
Maintain an updated database of employees and candidates.
2. Payroll & HR Administration
Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, claims, and deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Promote a positive workplace culture and organize employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and implemented consistently.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and monitor employee development progress.
Support HR initiatives related to performance management and competency building.
5. Compliance & General HR Support
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other labor regulations.
Support HR audits and ensure all HR practices align with company standards.
Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and management.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as an HR Executive or Generalist role.
Experience in a
manufacturing or automotive industry
is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Experience with payroll processing and HR documentation.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
