Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of working experience in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements
(EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with payroll software (e.g. SQL,
Kakitangan, or Autocount) is an advantage.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Able to work independently and communicate well in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Tanggungjawab
Handle monthly payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions
(EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and issue employment letters, confirmation, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate the recruitment process - job posting, screening candidates, arranging
interviews, and onboarding new staff.
Support performance appraisal, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
Manage disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policy and labour
law.
Liaise with government departments and external agencies on HR-related matters.
Assist management in HR reporting and continuous process improvement.
