To manage and source for recruitment platforms for full time, part time, casual and internship;
To responsible for the process of recruitment including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, interviews arrangement, conduct references check; etc.
To coordinate all related processes for employee confirmation, resignation, handover process, exit interview, etc.
To manage, source and attend career fairs which is relevant for vacancies to suit each office
Training and Development
To prepare and implementing in-house training program for all staff which includes liaising with internal stakeholders;
To identify and coordinate external training & development programs for AUG employees including but not limited to the HRDF scheme.
To assist with coordinating external familiarization trip (FAM trip) organized by University partner(s) on pre, during and post training.
Paybun (HR Platform)
To assist with the HR Plantform with functions including but not limited to employee profile, leave, claims, purchase request and supplier claims;
To assist with creating and upkeeping the Paybun Guide and FAQs;
To be able to conduct training on how to properly use the Paybun system with the assistance of the items from the Pabun Guide and FAQs;
Employee Handbook
To ongoingly review the Employee Handbook and ensure it is implemented by all staff;
To provide recommendation as and when required so that the Employee Handbook remain current.
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Human Resource Executive, or in a similar role within the HR department.
Strong understanding of labor legislation, including an understanding of part-time and full-time contracts, as well as internships.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company
Knowledge of talent management and succession planning.
Hands-on experience with recruiting and staffing initiatives, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and company information.
Experience in conducting and analyzing exit interviews and employee satisfaction surveys.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting requirements.
Adept at conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in coordinating and facilitating staff training, development, and recruitment.
Familiarity with social media, job boards, and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
Ability to provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
