Job Requirement:

• Professional Knowledge - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proactive & Solution-Oriented - Takes initiative to address HR challenges and implement effective solutions.
• High Adaptability & Resilience - Thrives in a dynamic workplace and manages change effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills - Clearly conveys policies, expectations, and resolves conflicts effectively.

• Language Proficiency - Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Handle performance management and appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategy.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
