Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. Design and publish recruitment or employer branding materials using Canva and other design tools. Work with department heads to identify manpower needs and maintain an updated organizational chart. Build and maintain a candidate database for future talent pipeline.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and induction materials. Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure smooth orientation across departments. Manage employee exits including clearance forms, return of assets, and exit interviews.
3. Payroll & HR Administration

Collect and verify monthly attendance, overtime, leave records, and allowances. Coordinate with the Finance/Account Department for monthly payroll processing. Maintain employee records and ensure timely submissions to statutory bodies (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
4. Performance Management

Support CAO in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking. Monitor probation evaluations and confirmation processes. Assist department heads in drafting and reviewing performance improvement plans (PIP).
5. Training & Talent Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions. Support the Management Trainee Programme and internal talent development roadmap. Maintain training records and evaluate post-training effectiveness.
6. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the main contact for employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary matters. Support CAO in fostering a positive and compliant work culture. Organize company engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and HR-related events.
7. HR Compliance & Policies

Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory regulations. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Prepare HR reports for management review (turnover rate, leave summary, training hours, etc.).
8. Departmental inter relations

Collaborate with Finance, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Provide input for HR budgeting, manpower planning, and organizational restructuring. Contribute to strategic HR projects assigned by the CAO.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
