1) Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection and orientation (Executive and senior level recruitment)
2) Prepare, administer and updating records of employment contracts, confirmation, employee transfer and other HR administrative includes Leave & Attendance reports
3) Manage the monthly payroll and maintain all the data to the highest levels of accuracy and confidential
4) To liaise with internal & external parties with regards to employee's compensation & benefit (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, Panel Clinics provider, etc.)
5) Coordinate the entire performance appraisal of employees and Generate report for employee's performance (KPI/KRA)
6) Maintains management guidelines on memo, handbook, policies and procedures
7) Coordinate and handling counselling session and exit interview
8) Involve in all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with Labour Law & Employment Act
9) Plan and coordinate all employee engagement activities including festive celebrations, sports recreational club, newsletters and etc
10) Provide HR relevant reports as and when required
11) Any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by Manager
12) Handling of marketing and sales of Inspiro Hostel occupancy
13) Keep minutes and arrange monthly management meeting (First week, Thursday, 10.00am to 11.30am)
14) Management of Main Keys to office.
15) Update of organisation Charts
16) Update attendence report AL/EL/MC/Latemess reports with medical bills data
17) Update Lateness report for staff daily and email reminder letter to them if more than 2 times a month
18) Payroll reports to sales manager for costing purpose based on department
19) Orgarnise staff training, motivation training, yearly teambuilding programe and Training Need Analysis for Staff

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
