We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You will help maintain accurate records, coordinate HR activities, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes and supporting organizational growth.
Proficient in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking team members and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Support engagement initiatives and internal communication
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Liaise with payroll and finance teams for monthly processing
- Assist in benefits administration and claims coordination
Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal cycles and training coordination
- Track probation reviews and confirmation processes

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
