Develop training plans and materials for each level of management.
Responsible for finding and liaising with Trainer for each training.
Lead and coordinate the execution of training sessions, as well as provide feedback and assessment of performance.
Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs and liaise with all Heads of the Department for feedback on the training effectiveness evaluation form.
Collaborate with Human Resource Compensation and Benefits to ensure training objectives are met with benefits staff.
Develop new training initiatives and strategies to improve employee performance.
In charge of maintaining training records, such as training reports, attendance, training effectiveness evaluation form, certificates, invoice, and training pictures
Plan, schedule, and facilitate training programs, such as declaration program, onboarding, management system class, offboarding, etc.
Coordinate with external vendors or trainers to ensure timely delivery of training materials.
Stay up to date on trends and best practices, especially in training areas.
Inform all staff regarding Training such as memos and reminders.
Able to determine what training or courses are best for each level of management (from low to top management).
Perform other tasks required by the Management.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skill
Preferably specialized in Human Resources Training or equivalent
Must be willing to work 5 and half days (Saturday-Half Day)
