Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, attention to details.
Professional and high reliability in managing confidential matters.
Preferably someone who can start immediately
Tanggungjawab
Recruitment and selection activities
Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling pre-employment process on preparing staff card, employee handbook, stationery, laptop and etc.
Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process payroll, expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowance calculation.
Assist in preparing necessary reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company\'s business goals and objectives.
Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers, and other outside parties on HR related matters.
Organise induction program for all employees.
Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by upper management
