This role will be responsible for supporting key HR functions with a strong focus on employee onboarding, HR policy management, and payroll administration . The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Prepare and distribute new hire documentation and ensure timely completion. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all tools, equipment, and access are ready for new employees. Policy Management Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals. Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies across departments. Support employee understanding of HR policies through training and ongoing communication. Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed. Payroll Administration Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with the finance team or payroll provider. Maintain accurate payroll records, including timesheets, leave balances, and deductions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to compensation.
