Perform daily operational support for all HR systems
Handling new requests which logged through IT systems or email from all 3 PLCs users
Perform upgrades for all HR related systems new releases/patches, testing and implementation
Required to be involved in new features implementation, preparing test scripts, and also performing the testing
Update documents and make sure all the processes are compliant with auditors\' requirements
Part of the team for HRIS projects from design to implementation, required to support the necessary documentation and projects requirements
Work together with the IT Team (Business Analyst, Developers and etc) as well as HR and end-user teams to ensure smooth project development and implementation
Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Ensure the equality of the system and processes before the system go-live
Support HR as Subject Matter Expert in all HRIS matters
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant IT /HRIS experience implementing and/or supporting HR systems and processes
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Vast knowledge of HRIS including configuration, reporting, implementation, and maintenance
Experience with HR business processes or solutions is an added advantage
Knowledge and experience with business analysis and User Acceptance Test (UAT) is preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written
