Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance record.
Understand and execute staffing requisition, requirements, and attend to issues from all departments.
Update and maintain employees personal record and manpower report.
Participate in company events or staff activities on occasions by Management's approval.
Perform monthly payroll processing, performance evaluation procedures, benefits management and HR administration.
Check all kinds of bill, such as clinic bill, invoice of outsource workers, insurance bill, rental fees, internet bill, etc.
Prepare basic HR correspondences, such as confirmation letter, warning letter, memo, show cause, etc.
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they carry out their tasks properly.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
