Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters and memos
Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Participate in other HR-related projects as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
