Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, providing a comprehensive introduction to HR functions. This role is designed to offer practical experience in areas mainly in talent acquisition.?

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

- Review and verify files for ISO audit purposes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant

- Manage stamping for all new employee appointments

- Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Records Management

Maintain and update internal databases with accurate employee information, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with data protection regulations. ?

- Maintain and compiling of documentations for employee P file within the required timeline

*Offering support to Talent Management team in areas relating to employee experience, training and talent acquisition as and when required

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.? Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of labor laws and confidentiality protocols.?
