Assist in the recruitment matter and ensuring smooth operations.
Act as a liaison between various departments and to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering strategic and operational HR functions. This role provides exposure to core HR areas including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills.
