Assist in the end-to-end preparation and processing of monthly payroll for foreign workers.
Collect, verify, and input attendance data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate monthly payslips and coordinate with the Operations team for timely distribution.
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and within the set timelines.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheets and payroll records.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare billing summaries and liaise with clients for confirmation prior to invoice issuance.
Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.
Compliance & Operations
Maintain payroll procedures in full compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security in handling employee and payroll information.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance and support to the HR and Operations teams.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.
Assist in any ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Demonstrates a high level of
confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented,
and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent
organization and time management
skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Willing to work
on-site at our Subang Jaya office
