Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship candidates--from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on intern profiles, recruitment timelines, and hiring strategies.
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding forms.
Assist in evaluating and shortlisting qualified applicants.
Explore and suggest new sourcing platforms to enhance recruitment outreach.
Support headhunting efforts and proactive talent searches.
Contribute to university outreach and partnership-building for internship pipelines.
What You'll Learn

Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
Genuine interest in human resources and talent management.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiative.
Open to completing an internship on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
