Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship placements, including sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and intern requirements.
Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other related forms.
Help identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Research and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Support talent sourcing and headhunting efforts to attract suitable candidates.
Contribute to university outreach and partnership initiatives to strengthen internship recruitment programs.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
, or a related field.
Strong passion for

Must be willing to
intern on-site in Puchong, Selangor
