Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, covering sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and intern requirements.
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
Conduct candidate screening and create shortlists of top-quality applicants.
Explore and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives to identify potential candidates.
Participate in recruitment efforts by fostering strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
