We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and a great learning opportunity in a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding processes such as preparing documents and maintaining employee records.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HR documentation filing.
Support HR administrative tasks, reports, and data entry.
Assist in organizing company activities, training sessions, and internal communications.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to commit to the internship duration as required.
