Provide support to the HR Team in Talent Acquisition and HR General tasks/ activities.
Maintain employee records and update the related HR databases.
Prepare data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner.
Assist in organizing HR-related training programs, events, workshops, seminars, etc.
Collaborate in HR events and meetings while coordinating the communication between management and employees.
Consistently stay updated on the latest HR best practices to enhance efficiency in the workplace.
Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Internship availability from 19th of January 2025 onwards.
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
