Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR Management
• At least 2 years related working experience in related field
• Excellent people management skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
• Strong numerical skills
• Good communication and written in English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal,
• Developing and implementing recruitment plans,
• Publishing recruitment information, screening resumes,
• Organize interviews, and participating in the interview process to assess the ability and adaptability of candidates.
• Coordinate the on-boarding procedures of new employees, including contract signing, on-boarding training arrangement and implement staff training plan
