We're hiring a

Human Resource Executive

to join our growing team. We're looking for someone

HR duties and office admin tasks

Job Responsibilities

Handle full spectrum of HR functions: Compensation & benefits Talent management HR policies & procedures Staff welfare & discipline Process

monthly payroll & statutory payments

Maintain good relationships with

internal & external stakeholders

Keep accurate records of: New hires Promotions Transfers Performance reviews Terminations Manage daily

office administrative matters

Plan and execute

manpower recruitment

for smooth operations Conduct

onboarding and exit interviews

Coordinate

external trainings

for team members Assist in updating company policies and

employee handbook

to comply with laws and best practices Handle

ad hoc assignments

as needed

Requirements

Degree in

Human Resource Management

or equivalent Minimum

3 years' experience

in related field Strong knowledge of

Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act

Experience with

Payroll System

is an advantage

Professional, pleasant personality

with good communication skills Able to

work independently

with minimal supervision Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia & English
