Assist in formulating management policies and systems for the company\xe2\x80\x99s human resources department
Formulate and control the expense budget of the human resource department.
Assist in completing the company\'s organizational structure and job management system.
Assist in completing annual manpower demand forecast and formulating recruitment plan.
Responsible for handling the procedures related to new employee onboarding, resignation, internal transfers, and position transfer.
Responsible for recruitment, probationary period management, employee performance, and talent development.
Responsible for employee attendance and salary management.
Responsible for internal and external employee training.
Responsible for drafting, issuing various notifications, and organizing internal document materials.
Administer employee communication procedures, follow up, and develop quarterly communication plans.
Handle labor disputes and conflicts.
b. General Administration Related
Coordinate and handle day-to-day administrative and general affairs matters.
Responsible for the distribution and management of office supplies, work attire, ID badges, and the production of business cards.
Responsible for arranging employee business trips, including flight and hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa processing.
Responsible for managing the internal and external environment of the company, including overall greening, arrangement, and cleanliness of the office premises.
Responsible for administrative supplier management, such as drinking water, plants, work attire, office coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and meals.
Responsible for the reception of company visitors.
Responsible for managing the office\xe2\x80\x99s fixed assets.
Responsible for planning and organizing employee events.
Complete tasks assigned by higher-level management.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of managerial experience.
Familiarity with relevant human resources management knowledge and a good grasp of laws, regulations, and policies related to human resources.
Strong communication skills and adept at problem-solving with employees at all levels.
Excellent judgement and decision-making skills, planning and execution abilities, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
