Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

a. Human Resource Related

  • Assist in formulating management policies and systems for the company\xe2\x80\x99s human resources department
  • Formulate and control the expense budget of the human resource department.
  • Assist in completing the company\'s organizational structure and job management system.
  • Assist in completing annual manpower demand forecast and formulating recruitment plan.
  • Responsible for handling the procedures related to new employee onboarding, resignation, internal transfers, and position transfer.
  • Responsible for recruitment, probationary period management, employee performance, and talent development.
  • Responsible for employee attendance and salary management.
  • Responsible for internal and external employee training.
  • Responsible for drafting, issuing various notifications, and organizing internal document materials.
  • Administer employee communication procedures, follow up, and develop quarterly communication plans.
  • Handle labor disputes and conflicts.
b. General Administration Related
  • Coordinate and handle day-to-day administrative and general affairs matters.
  • Responsible for the distribution and management of office supplies, work attire, ID badges, and the production of business cards.
  • Responsible for arranging employee business trips, including flight and hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa processing.
  • Responsible for managing the internal and external environment of the company, including overall greening, arrangement, and cleanliness of the office premises.
  • Responsible for administrative supplier management, such as drinking water, plants, work attire, office coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and meals.
  • Responsible for the reception of company visitors.
  • Responsible for managing the office\xe2\x80\x99s fixed assets.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing employee events.
  • Complete tasks assigned by higher-level management.
Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant human resources management knowledge and a good grasp of laws, regulations, and policies related to human resources.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at problem-solving with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills, planning and execution abilities, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
