Job Overview



As the

Human Resources Manager

, you will be the pioneer and lead the

full spectrum of Human Resources

in a fast-paced, creative environment. This includes strategic planning, operational HR management, and people development to ensure HR strategies align with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Drive the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to ensure the organization has the right talent in place. Act as the primary contact for employee matters, promote a healthy workplace culture, and manage grievances or disciplinary issues in accordance with Malaysian employment regulations. Oversee payroll processing with precision and confidentiality, including salary structure management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, MTD). Manage performance appraisal processes, support managers in developing KPIs, and lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall productivity. Assess training needs, design development programs, and track their effectiveness to support continuous employee growth. Develop, implement, and review HR policies, ensuring adherence to labour laws and maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records. Collaborate with management on workforce planning, HR data analysis, and organizational development efforts.
Undertake any additional projects or assignments required to support business goals.

What We're Looking For



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership capabilities, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
