4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.

Tanggungjawab The HR Manager oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR operations, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws. This role acts as a strategic partner to management and plays an important part in building a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.
Lead performance management and support managers in developing their teams.
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and HR policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Develop HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
