Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities




As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional HR support across key functional areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a well-organized and capable individual with excellent communication skills--both written and spoken in English--who thrives in a people-focused environment and consistently performs HR duties with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan, ensuring compliance with Labor regulations. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries. Utilize ADP's WorkforceNow for HR data management, and reporting. Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances effectively as per company policy and procedures. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor performance management processes and provide guidance on performance reviews. Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports for HR Management review. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Skills Required:



Strong understanding of Malaysian Labor laws and HR best practices. Advanced English communication skills, demonstrating clarity, precision, and professionalism in both writing and speech. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with ADP's WorkforceNow is preferred. Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Required Education and Experience



Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or Five (5) years' experience in human resources field Advanced English communication skills ADP's WorkforceNow HRIS experience preferred. * Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, MIHRM) preferred.
