Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Pepare and update job descriptions.
  • Organize employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.
  • Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate performance review processes.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and giving feedback.
  • Identify training needs and recommend employee development plans.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
  • Monitor and review pay structures to ensure competitiveness.
Policy and Compliance
  • Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training and Development
  • Organize internal and external training programs.
  • Support employee growth and career development initiatives.
HR Administration and Reporting
  • Maintain HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare HR reports on employee turnover, attendance, and other key metrics.
  • Assist management with HR planning and strategy
