3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Pepare and update job descriptions.
Organize employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution fairly and professionally.
Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance review processes.
Support managers in setting performance goals and giving feedback.
Identify training needs and recommend employee development plans.
Compensation and Benefits
Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
Ensure all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
Monitor and review pay structures to ensure competitiveness.
Policy and Compliance
Ensure all HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and files.
Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training and Development
Organize internal and external training programs.
Support employee growth and career development initiatives.
HR Administration and Reporting
Maintain HR databases and systems.
Prepare HR reports on employee turnover, attendance, and other key metrics.
