Requirements
*Possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Malay.
*2-3 years of experience in human resources and administration.
*Familiar with the Employment Act and HR best practices.
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
*A team player.
*Honest, people-oriented, and able to work well with employees at different levels.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring on recruitment websites and social media.
2. Arrange onboarding training for new employees.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment channels and propose improvement plans or new channels.
4. Communicate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely onboarding. Calculate working hours and process payroll using the payroll system.
